Membership Terms
3. Automatic Payment Agreement
3.1: Upon joining Jetmembership.com and luxuryaircraftsolutions.com, monthly membership payments shall be made in advance by direct debit from the member’s designated credit/debit account. This information will be kept on file by JetMembership.com.
3.2: Jetmembership.com and luxuryaircraftsolutions.com reserves the right to review subscriptions periodically. Members will be given at least 30 days’ notice in writing of any changes, which include changes in the date of automatic withdrawal.
3.3: Voyager Membership: Upon agreement of the nonmember user, the nonmember user will be upgraded to a Voyager member and be charged $49.00 per month with no initiation fee and may cancel at any time. The member may use the chatbot, or send an email directly to charter@luxury.aero with notice of cancellation. The cancellation will take affect from the notice.
3.4: Upon agreement of the nonmember user, the nonmember user will be upgraded to a Passport member and be charged $299.00 per month with an initiation fee of $499.00 for the initial 12-month term, then $299.00 per month after the initial 12-month period. The premium member customer card on file will be charged $299.00 monthly thereafter.
3.5: Upon agreement of the nonmember user, the nonmember user will be upgraded to an Elite member and be charged $899.00 per month with an initiation fee of $1,750.00 for the initial 12-month term, then $899.00 per month after the initial 12-month period. The elite member customer card on file will be charged $899.00 monthly thereafter.
3.6: For the Passport and Elite memberships, this agreement shall be for a term of one (1) year, commencing on the sign-up date and ending on the first anniversary of the sign-up date, and shall renew automatically for one (1) year periods thereafter, unless terminated. The member may send notice of cancellation at any time using the chatbot or directly to charter@luxury.aero. The cancellation will take affect on the 1 year anniversary and will not renew. However, the member is still liable for the remainder of the months payments within that first year of signup.
4. Termination or Suspension by LuxuryAircraftSolutions.com or Jetmembership.com
JetMembership.com and luxuryaircraftsolutions.com reserves the right at any time to cancel or suspend the membership of any member in the event of the following:
4.1: The member commits a serious breach of this Agreement and/or JetMembership.com rules and regulations OR aircraft operator rules and regulations.
4.2: Where any monies due to JetMembership.com by the member remain unpaid for 30 days after its due date for payment.
4.3: The member knowingly provides false details.
