All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed. Payment terms and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking.

Luxury Aircraft, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Luxury Aircraft, LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services, even if authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
