• What airports can you access at these destinations?

  We operate into thousands of private, regional and international airports worldwide, including small airstrips. This allows us and the private jets to get you as close to your end destination as possible. Avoiding long car rides from the airport and having to leave your party early.

• How soon can I book for a last-minute getaway?

  Our fleet operates 24/7. For truly spontaneous escapes, you can secure a private jet within 24–36 hours, subject to aircraft availability and crew scheduling. In some cases, we can have an aircraft at a main airport same-day.

• Can I customize my in-flight experience?

  Certainly. Our charter specialist can arrange specific catering, transportation to and from as well as any on-board needs you have.

• What’s the policy on bringing additional guests or pets?

  Number of passengers depends on the aircraft size. The more passengers you have, the larger the aircraft. We welcome however many pets you want within regulations of the aircraft. So please let us know how many animals and weights and we will secure the best aircraft for you.

• Can we fly to pick up guests in other states?

  One of the most common questions we get. 

  The answer is yes. You control the itinerary. If a few of your guests are in 1 state, and a few in another state, we can arrange the aircraft to pick up 1 group and then fly to the other. Pick them up and then head to your end destination. We call this a multi-leg. Just choose multi-leg when creating a quote. 

• Are de-icing or weather delays common?

  De-icing is standard in winter operations and built into your schedule. We monitor conditions continuously and maintain backups to minimize delays—safety is our top priority.

• Can you arrange ground transfers and lift passes?

  We can arrange the ground transportation to and from your aircraft. For ski passes, we can check if we have any current active partnerships that get you good deals on lift tickets or other accommodations. If we don't have any current partnerships in that space, you will need to secure your own lift tickets for the various mountains you plan to visit.
