Pricing & Costs

How are private jet charter prices calculated per hour?

Private jet charter pricing is largely driven by aircraft flight time, but the hourly rate is only one component. At Luxury Aircraft Solutions the quoted price also reflects positioning, fuel, crew, landing and handling fees, and any applicable taxes, presented as one transparent figure.

Charter pricing is often described as an hourly rate, but that figure alone does not represent the full cost of a flight. Luxury Aircraft Solutions builds every quote from the actual variables of the trip rather than a single posted number.

The largest factor is occupied flight time, calculated from the aircraft's cruise speed across your route. On top of that, a quote accounts for positioning time if the aircraft has to reposition to your departure airport, fuel, crew duty and overnight costs on multi-day trips, federal excise tax on domestic flights, segment fees, and landing and handling charges at each airport.

Because these variables differ by aircraft and route, two trips with the same flight time can carry different totals. Our Charter Specialists present the complete figure up front so there are no surprises after you book. You can request a transparent quote at luxuryaircraftsolutions.com.
